OUR PROCESS

Project Construction

Lawns of Dallas has created a construction process to keep our clients informed and involved throughout the entire project. We begin by reviewing all project details with our Construction Team and the assigned Project Manager for the specific project. As the project progresses, the crew leader and supervisors direct the critical path while the designer provides oversight to ensure original design intent and complete customer satisfaction every step of the way.

Punch List

As the project gets close to completion, we walk the site with the client to create a “punch list” of remaining items that need to be completed. We want to finish the project with our client completely happy with the end product and having developed another “raving fan” of Lawns of Dallas!

Property Care

Once the project is completed, we create a custom landscape management plan for on-going property care to make sure your property continues to look great even after our Construction Team is finished.
