Project Construction
Lawns of Dallas has created a commercial construction process to keep our clients informed and involved throughout the entire project. We begin by reviewing all project details with our construction team and the assigned Project Manager for the specific project. As the project progresses, the crew leader and supervisors direct the critical path while the architect provides oversight to ensure original design intent and complete customer satisfaction every step of the way.
Punch List
As the project gets close to completion, we will walk the site with the client to create a “punch list” of remaining items that need to be completed. We want to finish each project with every client completely satisfied with the end product - then work together on the next project!
Property Care
Once the project is completed, we create a custom landscape management plan for on-going property care to make sure your property continues to look great even after our commercial construction team is finished.
